Prof. Das has been elected a Fellow of the American Physical Society. Prof. Das received this honor from the Division of Polymer Physics for his research on polymer brushes. The citation supporting the Fellowship reads: “For fundamental discoveries of the properties of polyelectrolyte brushes, brush-supported water molecules and counterions, and liquid transport in nanochannels grafted with polyelectrolyte brushes, by pioneering the use of all-atom molecular dynamics simulations and machine learning to such systems.” One can see the details in the link below: https://www.aps.org/funding-recognition/aps-fellowship?t=Division%20of%20Polymer%20Physics%20Fellowship&af=true
