This paper probes the role of electric double layer in spreading dynamics of liquid drops on charged surfaces. This is the 9th paper of Shayandev and 11th paper of Guang from SMIEL. This paper also involves two undergraduates, Vineet and Eric, who have worked in SMIEL. Congratulations to all!!!!
