This paper describes the thermodynamics of end-charged nanoconfined polyelectrolyte brushes…new results regarding the dependence of height such brushes on salt concentration is discovered. This is Guang’s eighth paper from SMIEL….Congrats Guang…..

This paper probes dynamics of water nanodrop on graphene using Molecular Dynamics Simulation…this is group’s first paper on MD and also first paper with Prof. Chung. This is also 1st paper of Joseph from his MS thesis (3rd overall in SMIEL) and 6th paper of Shayadev from SMIEL. Congrats to both of them !!!!

SMIEL has received funding from Laboratory for Physical Sciences to carry out research on 3-D Printing based conformal electronics

This paper describes the interaction of drops on soft surfaces…we reveal that drops attract and repel based on the thickness of the underlying substrate.
